The Herb and Spice Shop is a fully stocked grocery store that specializes in natural and organic foods and products.
They have a large produce section that stocks organic and local produce (and, when possible, local organic produce). They round out their organic and local selections with an additional selection of non-organic vegetables.
In addition to their fresh foods (vegetables, meats, cheese, etc.) they have a large selection of bulk goods, and canned and bottled goods. They also sell fresh and frozen convenience foods.
Other perks include a well stocked alternative magazine rack and student and senior discounts (10% every day for seniors, 10% on Sundays for students).
