The latest weird techno food I have discovered is Evaporated Milk. I
realize that it isn’t new in the sense that pretty much everyone has heard
of it, but do you actually know what it is or how you can consume it? I
didn’t. It turns out it has a pretty interesting
history. I started looking into it because we never drink enough milk
around here to make it seem worth having a litre in the fridge just
waiting to be thrown out. And yet, I love cream sauces. And cream soups.
And people like milk in their tea. Something had to be done! Here’s
lots of recipes.
