Just when I think I have this whole organic sustainable thing mapped out,
I find a new category to investigate on the internet. This time it’s
the ‘wild foods’ folks.
Here’s a Canadian company. It’s
good that they are at least advertising that they use sustainable
harvesting practices. Wild harvesting is always a double edged sword in
that regard.
