Eating specifics- a second pass
Okay- let’s take a second pass at getting down to specifics, now that I’ve
had a few moments to get over ‘the carbohydrate mystery’. I think I’ll try
just focusing on foods that seem like they might be good parts of a
healthy diet:
- olive oil (for fat)
- nuts (for fats and carbs)
- fruits (for carbs, fats and fibers)
- vegetables (for fiber and vitamins)
- grass
fed meat products, including eggs and dairy- now available near Ottawa(for omega-3
fats and proteins)
- low toxicity, non-endangered fish and seafood (for omega-3
fats and proteins)
- grains and tubers and legumes (to supplement carb intake)
